[News] Shirley Yeung and Gregory Lee End 9-Year Relationship

Thirty-two-year-old Shirley Yeung and thirty-one-year-old Gregory Lee dated for nine years. Due to their romance, Shirley was allegedly frozen by TVB at one point in her career. Previously, the pair also pretended to break-up and pursue an underground relationship. Last month, Shirley also attended Gregory’s birthday celebration and hinted that the couple were preparing for marriage. Furthermore, at an earlier appearance on Peter So’s (蘇民峰) feng shui program, Shirley admitted that she and Gregory were considering marriage. The public thought that wedding bells were ahead for Shirley and Gregory.



Although Shirley acknowledged that the pair had discussed marriage, she indicated that the break-up was a mutual decision. However, she did not wish to disclose the reasons for the break-up. Shirley said, “We decided to break-up several months ago. I decided to announce it now because I wanted the situation to settle down first. It is easier for me to discuss it this way.” (Have you been in contact with Gregory?) “We are still friends after break-up.”

Although Shirley and Gregory’s relationship did not work out, she was still protective towards her ex-boyfriend. Wing Hong was greatly shocked by the break-up news, indicating that he and Gregory have both been busy recently. Wing Hong was only interested in his brother’s emotional state and did not respond to the press’ further questions.
